The main objective of the company is involving in cultivation of sugarcane and its processing for making sugar and other sugarcane-based products and manufacturing value-added products from sugar, sugarcane industry by-products and refining raw sugar as projects approved by the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka using the most efficient technologies to minimise costs of production to offer the sugarcane farmer with a higher price for their sugarcane and to provide products at a lower price to consumers and better remuneration and incentives to employees of the company and to maximise the profits of the company while contributing to national income and employment generation and saving foreign exchange in an environment friendly manner.
